SonicWall has announced that Pennsylvania-based managed service provider (MSP) 5370 Technology Solutions has strengthened its cybersecurity offerings by adopting SonicWall’s Security Operations Center (SOC) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.

With 24/7 monitoring and rapid response capabilities, the integration of MDR has significantly bolstered 5370 Technology Solutions’ endpoint security, ensuring critical alerts are addressed promptly—even beyond standard business hours.

The partnership also grants 5370 Technology Solutions direct access to SonicWall’s dedicated engineering support team, allowing their leadership to focus on client priorities rather than spending time troubleshooting complex technical issues in-house.

“SonicWall’s MDR brings peace of mind, allowing us to focus on delivering meaningful services rather than sifting through countless alerts alongside other MSP responsibilities,” said Stephen Oles, CEO of 5370 Technology Solutions. “With SonicWall, we are confident our customers remain protected by reliable technology that balances performance with cost-effectiveness.”

Since implementing SonicWall’s cybersecurity solutions, 5370 Technology Solutions has reported notable business growth and operational improvements, including a 30% year-over-year increase in monthly recurring revenue. This demonstrates the tangible value of SonicWall’s robust security portfolio.

Additionally, the MSP has achieved 100% customer retention, reflecting strong client satisfaction and trust in its proactive cybersecurity management. The adoption of SonicWall’s SOC has enhanced response times to critical alerts, facilitating faster resolutions and minimizing operational disruptions for clients. These operational development have enabled 5370 Technology Solutions to regularly provide top-tier managed IT and cybersecurity services.

“Our mission at SonicWall is to empower MSPs like 5370 Technology Solutions to achieve real security outcomes for their customers,” said Jason Carter, Chief Revenue Officer at SonicWall. “With our partner-first approach, we remain dedicated to making our solutions more powerful, efficient, and scalable for the organizations that rely on us daily.”
