Adaptiva, a leader in autonomous endpoint management, has announced new automated patching support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) within its OneSite Patch platform. This enhancement enables fully autonomous patching across Windows, Mac, and major Linux distributions. With RHEL support, Adaptiva’s patch catalog now extends to over 20,000 products and 100,000+ patches.

Expanding Linux Coverage for Enterprises

RHEL is the most widely adopted paid Linux distribution, powering mission-critical systems for Fortune 500 companies, financial services, and government agencies. Adaptiva customers can now seamlessly patch RHEL endpoints with the same efficiency and compliance-focused automation offered for Windows and Mac environments.

“Red Hat support has been a top priority for our enterprise clients,” said Dr. Deepak Kumar, Founder and CEO of Adaptiva. “This update removes another barrier to complete patch coverage, empowering organizations to manage their entire endpoint estate through a single solution with real-time visibility.”

Existing OneSite Patch customers will obtained RHEL patches automatically without installing extra software. The platform also supports autonomous patching for other leading Linux distributions, including Ubuntu, CentOS, and Debian.

Robust Cross-Platform Patch Catalog

Adaptiva’s continuously updated patch catalog includes widely used applications such as Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and 7-Zip. The dedicated metadata team ensures real-time patch availability, and organizations can request patches for specific applications to ensure timely coverage.

For a detailed view of supported products and patches, users can explore the updated Adaptiva Patch Library, which offers search and filter functions by product, OS, release date, patch type, and version to streamline IT patch management strategies.
