VulnCheck, a leading exploit intelligence company, has announced that Jen Easterly, former Director of CISA, and Andrew Boyd, former Director of the CIA’s Center for Cyber Intelligence (CCI), will headline THREATCON1. The event is scheduled for September 21-22, 2025, at Carahsoft Headquarters in Reston, Virginia.

Previously, she led cybersecurity resilience initiatives at Morgan Stanley and held senior roles at the NSA and the White House, in addition to her combat deployments with the U.S. Army.
Boyd has dedicated his career to protecting national security, holding senior intelligence positions within the CIA. As Director of CCI, he oversaw intelligence operations targeting threats to U.S. interests. His prior roles include Chief of Operations for the Counterterrorism Mission Center and Foreign Service Officer at U.S. Embassies in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Tunisia, Iraq, and Syria. Boyd is known for his expertise in geopolitics, cyber operations, and threat mitigation.
