It adopts a Ransomware-as-a-Service model, recruiting skilled affiliates mainly on Russian-speaking cybercrime forums, which expands its reach and attack capacity. The malware uses strong encryption methods, like ChaCha20, combined with complex key exchange mechanisms such as Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman (ECDH), making data recovery nearly impossible without paying the ransom.
