Centra Cuts Network Costs by 30% Using SD-WAN Solutio

Redefines Operational Excellence and Security with C1

“Our aging Cisco phone system and complex MPLS circuits were not sustainable,” said Brent Parks, SVP of Technology at Centra Credit Union. “Moving to SD-WAN and Microsoft Teams simplified our environment dramatically. SD-WAN cut our network costs by 30%, and deploying Microsoft Teams transformed the way we collaborate. The adoption process was straightforward, and the collaboration benefits have been extraordinary—our employees embraced it instantly, and the results have been overwhelmingly positive.”

With C1’s guidance, Centra implemented a modern SD-WAN solution that allowed for intelligent traffic routing and eliminated the need for costly MPLS circuits, instantly boosting network performance and reducing downtime across its 30 locations. Additionally, retiring its legacy phone system and moving to Microsoft Teams streamlined communication and enabled flexible, cloud-based collaboration.
