Netwrix, a cybersecurity company specializing in safeguarding data and identities, has inaugurated its new Innovation Center in Kraków, Poland. Designed to serve as the company’s primary European operations hub, the facility aims to deliver faster, more efficient cybersecurity solutions to its customers.

As part of this expansion, Netwrix is actively recruiting skilled IT professionals from the region. The center has already onboarded over 20 employees and advertised more than 20 additional roles, with further openings expected in the near future.

The Kraków hub will integrate multiple core functions under one roof, including research and development, technical support, marketing, product management, and sales. By centralizing expertise across these areas, Netwrix expects to reduce response times, speed up technological advancements, and drive forward its initiatives in AI, cloud services, and enhanced data and identity security.

“Our new Kraków Innovation Center brings together engineering, product, and customer teams in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strengthens our ability to respond quickly to client needs,” said Grady Summers, CEO of Netwrix. “We want to build stronger relationships with our customers by being more agile, more innovative, and more connected locally. Kraków offers exactly the right environment to make that happen.”

The decision to establish the center in Kraków was influenced by Poland’s robust IT talent market. Eurostat data shows that Poland ranks among the top five EU countries for the number of ICT professionals, with over 770,000 people employed in the sector.
