Atlas Systems has announced a strategic partnership with SonderMind, a prominent behavioral health provider, to enhance and automate the exchange of provider data between healthcare organizations and payers. Leveraging Atlas Systems’ PRIME platform, SonderMind will implement the Provider Payer Connect (PPC) module to enable near-instantaneous data sharing with insurance companies, ensuring more timely and accurate information flow.

PRIME® is an advanced, AI-powered engine designed for seamless, real-time data management across healthcare ecosystems. Fully compatible with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards, the platform facilitates comprehensive lifecycle management of provider data — from onboarding and credentialing to ongoing monitoring, validation, roster reconciliation, and even mock audits. This all-in-one system helps eliminate the manual effort often required for data updates, aligning with industry demands for interoperability and automation.

Through this collaboration, SonderMind will benefit from PRIME®’s ability to consolidate all provider information into a single, intuitive interface. This unified solution allows for real-time updates to health plans, boosting efficiency, minimizing errors, and ultimately improving operational accuracy for both providers and payers.

Commenting on the partnership, Venugopala Chalamala, Founder and CEO of Atlas Systems, stated:

“For over 20 years, our mission has been to simplify healthcare operations through innovative technology. PRIME®’s automated payer data sync feature accelerates payment cycles, ensures compliance, reduces administrative strain, and cuts down on claim denials. We’re excited to support SonderMind in maintaining high standards of data accuracy and streamlined processes.”

The organization offers therapy services across all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., and provides psychiatric care in 27 states. With a network of more than 13,000 licensed providers, SonderMind supports patients with in-person and virtual options while accepting a wide range of insurance types, including national and regional plans, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Veterans Health Administration (VHA) coverage.

This partnership marks a significant step forward in the drive toward smarter, faster, and more reliable healthcare data exchange, setting a new standard for operational excellence in the behavioral health sector.
