Essential Insights

  1. Tenable introduces a flexible pricing model for its Tenable One platform, enabling organizations to start at their current level and expand as needed.
  2. The new structure addresses AI-driven cybersecurity complexities, providing unified visibility, faster threat prioritization, and simplified procurement.
  3. Offers two main packages—Foundation and Advanced—catering to different stages of exposure management, with a ‘count once’ licensing for cost predictability.
  4. Designed to help organizations swiftly adapt to evolving threats, the model emphasizes immediate value, scalable insights, and tailored security goals.

Making Exposure Management More Accessible and Adaptable

Tenable has launched a new flexible pricing model for its Exposure Management Platform. This change aims to make it easier for organizations to start using security tools without worrying about complicated costs. Now, companies can choose a plan that fits their current needs. As their security requirements grow, they can easily expand their SaaS package. This approach helps businesses avoid large upfront investments and simplifies procurement processes. By offering predictable expenses, the new pricing encourages more organizations to adopt effective cybersecurity strategies quickly.

Supporting Growth in a Changing Digital World

The rise of artificial intelligence has increased cybersecurity challenges. AI accelerates vulnerability discovery and threat exploitation, putting pressure on security teams to act fast. To meet these demands, Tenable’s new model includes two main packages, Foundation and Advanced. The Foundation helps establish core security measures, while the Advanced adds deeper insights into how vulnerabilities impact business operations. Additionally, a “count once” licensing system reduces costs by charging only once per asset, even if multiple sensors are deployed. This flexible and simplified approach fosters broader adoption of exposure management practices, ultimately helping organizations stay ahead of evolving threats.
