Before that, he served as SVP of Sales for the Americas at Forcepoint, where he introduced a leader-to-leader sales model that empowered regional teams, fueled growth in underperforming markets, expanded the company’s total addressable market through differentiated solution bundling, and revitalized its Federal business. McCarthy also previously held leadership roles at Cyera, Digital Guardian, BT Group, and IBM.
