Cynet earns one of the highest customer ratings with 4.7 out of 5 stars and 95% willingness to recommend

Cynet, provider of the All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform, announced it has been recognized as a Strong Performer in the 2025 Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” for Extended Detection and Response (XDR) report. Based on more than 21 verified customer reviews collected over an 18-month period ending January 31, 2025, Cynet received an average rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars, with 95% of reviewers indicating a “willingness to recommend.”

According to the report, vendors in the upper-left “Strong Performer” have scores that meet or exceed the market average for Overall Experience, but are below the market average for User Interest and Adoption. The “Voice of the Customer” report provides aggregated peer feedback intended to support decision-makers evaluating technology solutions.

“We believe our customers’ overwhelmingly positive feedback, reflected in their high ratings and willingness to recommend us, is a direct reflection of our team’s dedication to making enterprise-grade security accessible to organizations of all sizes,” said Jason Magee, Chief Executive Officer, Cynet. “We believe being named a Strong Performer in this report validates the strength of our approach in unifying XDR, SOAR, and 24/7 MDR into one powerful, automated platform.”

A Unified Platform, Purpose-Built for Simplicity

Cynet delivers the first fully integrated breach protection platform, combining native XDR capabilities with automated investigation and remediation, and around-the-clock MDR support. Designed specifically for security-constrained teams, Cynet provides advanced protection without the complexity of managing multiple tools.

Key capabilities include:

Endpoint Protection (EPP): Multi-layered defenses designed to automatically prevent and detect advanced threats such as ransomware, fileless malware, credential theft, lateral movement, and zero-day attacks. Cynet’s EPP is validated through rigorous testing, including the MITRE Engenuity ATT&CK Evaluations.

Network Detection and Response (NDR): Real-time monitoring and analysis of network traffic, device behavior, and communications to uncover hidden threats like lateral movement, data exfiltration, and command-and-control activity. Cynet correlates this data with endpoint and user signals for high-fidelity threat detection.

User Behavior Analytics (UBA): Continuous monitoring of user activity to detect anomalies, insider threats, and compromised credentials. UBA helps surface subtle indicators of attack that evade traditional detection.

Automated Investigation and Remediation (SOAR): Cynet automates key elements of the incident response lifecycle. Upon detecting a threat, the platform initiates an investigation, determines root cause, and executes remediation workflows, such as isolating endpoints, killing processes, and rolling back malicious changes, without manual input.

24/7 Managed Detection and Response (MDR): Cynet’s CyOps team delivers around-the-clock monitoring, threat hunting, and expert-led support. MDR ensures that organizations can respond quickly and effectively to emerging threats, even with limited in-house security resources.

Centralized Visibility and Unified Management: All capabilities are accessible through a single, intuitive interface, giving security teams real-time visibility and streamlined control across endpoints, networks, and users.

What sets Cynet apart from other XDR platforms is its focus on action, not just detection. While many solutions stop at alerting, Cynet automates the response. The platform can immediately contain threats, execute remediation workflows, and eliminate risk with minimal analyst input. Combined with Cynet’s 24/7 MDR service for expert oversight and proactive threat hunting, organizations gain full confidence that threats are being identified and resolved in real time.
