These threats pose serious risks to Kenya’s digital infrastructure. They can lead to data theft, financial loss, and service disruptions. The rise of AI-assisted attacks makes defenses more difficult and requires advanced security measures. Because of these threats, organizations need to improve their security posture by fixing vulnerabilities and managing patches. Using strong authentication controls and securing APIs is also important. Kenya is working to improve its cyber defenses through better coordination, training, and threat sharing among critical sectors. For organizations, it is recommended to seek guidance from cybersecurity vendors or authorities for detailed remediation steps. Proper security strategies should be tailored to defend effectively against evolving AI-driven threats.
