NINJIO, Defendify Launch All-in-One SMB Cyber Solution

In a move set to redefine how small and midsize businesses (SMBs) approach cybersecurity, NINJIO, a leader in human risk management, has announced a strategic collaboration with Defendify, an innovative IT security platform. The partnership aims to simplify and strengthen cyber defense for organizations that lack the resources to juggle multiple vendors or maintain full-scale internal security teams.

This newly formed alliance marks the introduction of the industry’s first fully integrated human and IT security platform. By merging NINJIO’s state-of-the-art cybersecurity awareness and behavior training with Defendify’s robust suite of security tools, the partnership delivers a comprehensive, one-stop solution tailored specifically for resource-constrained environments.

“Cybersecurity professionals have been asking for integrated solutions that address risks from both users and systems,” said Gary Noke, President and CEO of NINJIO, speaking from the Black Hat USA conference. “This partnership signals a departure from isolated, single-function tools toward a more unified, proactive defense strategy—one that recognizes the interdependence of human behavior and technology.”

The collaboration comes in response to a long-standing gap in the market: while security technologies and user education are both essential, they often operate in silos. Organizations are left with incomplete protection when their tools and training programs fail to work in concert. The new joint platform addresses this gap head-on, reinforcing security awareness with technical safeguards and vice versa.

Rob Simopoulos, Co-Founder and CEO of Defendify, noted, “Our customers have consistently shared their need for comprehensive employee training alongside multiple layers of cyber defense. But managing numerous vendor relationships is overwhelming for small teams. Our partnership removes that burden by offering an integrated, high-impact solution.”

The announcement highlights an urgent truth in cybersecurity today: cyberattacks are increasingly hybrid in nature, exploiting both technical loopholes and human vulnerabilities. An employee might fall for a well-crafted phishing email, or a hacker might find a way around even the most secure firewall by tricking someone into granting access. The new platform seeks to combat both threat vectors with overlapping layers of protection.

Through this alliance, NINJIO will incorporate Defendify’s full suite of cybersecurity offerings—including Email Threat Defense, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing—into its existing human risk management ecosystem. Organizations will benefit from a seamless platform that includes everything from phishing simulations to real-time threat monitoring, without the complexity of managing disparate tools.

By launching this statement at Black Hat USA 2025, one of the industry’s premier cybersecurity events, the companies emphasize the significance of this integrated approach. With cyber threats becoming more sophisticated and frequent, the timing couldn’t be more critical.

The unified platform is now available to both new and current customers of NINJIO and Defendify. Additionally, organizations currently operating with separate vendors can access migration support to consolidate their cybersecurity operations under this single, streamlined solution.
